We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies, and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Cancellation/Reschedule or No-Show Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. The time is reserved especially for you, though we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations/reschedule. Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee. No exception!
Late Arrival Policy:
We will try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, or any others reason, etc. Clients arrive late in 10-minutes or more and the service can't be completed within the remaining time allowed, the client will be required to pay for their full service.
